Hermes Agent is a private personal assistant operated by Abu Huraira. It is not a public service and is used by the account owner for personal, family, café, and project administration.
When authorised, Hermes may access selected Google Workspace data, including Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Contacts, Sheets, and Docs. It may also process files, images, and messages that the account owner explicitly sends to it.
Information is used only to complete requested tasks, such as searching messages, summarising documents, managing reminders, preparing spreadsheets, and organising project notes.
Hermes runs on a private cloud server. Data is not sold or used for advertising. Information is not shared with third parties except where necessary to provide a requested AI or connected-service function. The account owner controls the connected services and can revoke access at any time.
Stored data and assistant records can be deleted by the account owner. Google access can be revoked from the Google Account security settings.
